Service Fees: Fees for our services are generally non-refundable. However, if you are unsatisfied with a service you have received, please contact us within 7 days to discuss your concerns. We are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to find a resolution.
Refund Requests: In the rare case that a refund is granted, it will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
Exceptions: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for services that have not yet been rendered or in the event of a documented medical or personal emergency.
